Lemon Garlic Dressing

Inspired by Real Simple, June 2012.

Whisk together:
1/3 cup olive oil
Juice of one lemon
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp kosher or celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
