Simple. Delicious.
Ingredients
2 cups olives (use a combination of green and kalmata)
1 cup sweet bell peppers, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 T balsamic vinegar
3 T olive oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor till well blended. Enjoy with corn chips, cucumber slices or your favorite crackers.
