Ingredients:
1 avocado
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 T unsweetened coconut milk

juice of 1 lime
Optional: 1 garlic clove, crushed
Optional: 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
Optional: 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Chipotle or your favorite Chili powder
salt to taste

Directions:
Throw all ingredients into a blender or food processor and run until whipped smooth.
Serve your favorite homemade fries.
