- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup raisins or craisins
- 1/4 chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t cinnamon
directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mash bananas in a bowl. ( I like to use my pastry cutter for this.) Mix in oats and raisins/ craisins, and nuts. Then add applesauce, vanilla and cinnamon and let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Drop the dough onto parchment lined cookie sheets. (About 1 large Tablespoon per cookie)
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
