- 1/2 cup basil (and/or: fennel, dill, tarragon, cilantro)
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice and 1 T lime zest
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 t honey
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 t fresh or candied ginger
- 1/2 t crushed red pepper
directions:
- Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender or food processor.
